🇫🇷 Returns from France

You have 15 days after receiving your order to return your items free of charge.

Return in an Ysé store

Visit the store of your choice: your refund will be processed immediately to the card used for payment.

Return via a pick-up point or post office

Request your return via My account > My orders (or directly here), generate your return label, then drop off your parcel.
Your refund (or store credit) will be processed within 10 to 15 business days after drop-off.

Please note: items without their original tag cannot be returned. In-store purchases can only be returned in-store.


🌍 Returns from another country

Free returns from all European Union countries (excluding Switzerland)
Free returns from the United Kingdom

🌍 Outside Europe: a paid return label is available at a negotiated rate. The cost will be deducted from your refund.


🇪🇺 European Union

  • Standard return: you choose your carrier (shipping fees at your expense)

  • Prepaid Drop-off Return: return via a Chronopost drop-off point (free)

  • Economy Prepaid Return: free prepaid label to download

Please note: for Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Spain, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands, we recommend choosing the Prepaid Drop-off Return option (free).
For the rest of Europe (excluding Switzerland), the Economy Prepaid Return option is free.


🌍 Rest of the world (outside the European Union)

  • Express prepaid return: prepaid return label charged €15 (only option available)
